I had the opportunity to join the project during the last year of development when much of the modular building construction and world building were the focus. My work entailed material development for various ground textures, modular building construction, building collision, ground design layouts, set dressing/world building, asset creation, and bug fixing. Here are the four main materials I made using Substance Designer. These were used throughout the map with the flagstone in Trophy Heights, the gold bricks in Brawl Street, the herringbone brick throughout Gainsville and other areas of the map, and the stone tile being featured in Payback Square. These were a lot of fun to create and it was awesome seeing them used so much throughout the environment.
